BC Toolkit is a hosted service for administrators and consultants who maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central online environments. Browse any entity your tenant exposes, describe a correction once, review the exact diff, apply it, and undo it if you must.
Metadata-driven
Entities, fields, enumerations, relationships and bound actions come from your environment's own API metadata. Extensions and custom API pages appear without configuration.
Plan before you write
Every bulk change produces a field-level diff of each record it would touch. Nothing reaches Business Central until you approve it.
Reversible
Each run leaves a report of exactly what changed. Undo turns that report into a reversing job.
Your permissions, your name
Users sign in with their own Microsoft work account. Business Central enforces each user's permission sets and its Change Log records who did what.
How it connects
No extension is installed in Business Central. Your administrator grants consent once through Microsoft Entra ID, after which users in your organisation can sign in. The service talks to Business Central only through its public API, over HTTPS, with the signed-in user's own token.
