Terms of use
The agreement between CLOUD DATA PROCESSING LLC and organisations using BC Toolkit.
Last updated 6 October 2026.
1. The service
BC Toolkit ("the service") is a hosted tool for exploring and bulk-correcting data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central online environments through the Business Central API. It is provided by CLOUD DATA PROCESSING LLC ("we", "us"), a company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, number 3404 LLC 2024, with registered office at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Beachmont, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
2. Accounts and consent
Use requires that an administrator of your Microsoft Entra ID tenant grants the service consent, and that each user signs in with their own Microsoft work account. You are responsible for who in your organisation can sign in and for their actions in the service. The service acts in Business Central with the signed-in user's own permissions.
3. Your responsibilities
- You review every plan before approving it. A bulk correction writes exactly what the approved plan shows, and nothing else.
- You keep the right to use Business Central and to process the data you touch.
- You do not use the service to access data you are not authorised to access, to overload Business Central or the service, or to circumvent Business Central's own limits.
- You keep your Microsoft credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
4. Our responsibilities
- We provide the service with reasonable skill and care and keep it available on a best-effort basis. No service level is guaranteed while the service is free.
- We handle data as described in the privacy policy and only on your instructions.
- We do not change Business Central data except through a plan a user of yours has approved, or an undo they have requested.
5. Fees
BC Toolkit is currently free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, prices, billing periods and cancellation terms will be published on this site at least 30 days before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without your organisation's explicit agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its software and documentation remain ours. Your data remains yours; we take no rights in it beyond what is needed to provide the service.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time by revoking consent in Microsoft Entra ID. We may suspend access to protect the service, Business Central or other customers, or for breach of these terms, and will tell you why. On termination we delete your stored data as described in the privacy policy.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided as is during the preview. Bulk corrections change business data; you are responsible for reviewing plans, keeping backups through Business Central's own facilities and testing in a sandbox environment first. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, which is zero while the service is free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data that the undo function could have restored.
9. Microsoft
The service is not a Microsoft product. Your use of Business Central and Microsoft Entra ID is governed by your agreements with Microsoft. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and disputes are subject to the courts of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection law that applies to you.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this page and to the administrator who granted consent at least 30 days before they take effect, except where required sooner by law.
